I've Been Waiting for You Movie Review 1998

California teen Sarah Zoltanne (Chalke), who has an interest in the occult, moves with her family to a New England town. Her fellow teens begin to believe that she's a witch out for revenge on the descendents of the townspeople who burned another witch, who had the same name. Then on Halloween, Sarah begins to see events beyond her knowledge or control. Based on the novel "Gallows Hill" by Lois Duncan.
