Gregor Hecker left Germany with his parents as a eight-year-old. Now, at the end of WWII, he's returning at 19 in the uniform of a Russian Lieutenant and isn't sure of his identity anymore. Based on the diary kept by German filmmaker Wolf when he was in the Russian Army. German with subtitles.
