Doom Runners Movie Review 1997

Ah, yes--another dark and dangerous postapocalyptic world. Evil ruler Dr. Kao (Curry) uses "mindwiping" to erase the memories of his victims and maintains order with an army of "Doom Troopers." Teen Jada (Moreno) finds a map that will lead her to New Eden, the only free society left. And she's determined to make it, despite Kao's threats.
