Last Rites Movie Review 1998

Dillon (Quaid) is a Florida Death Row serial killer, whose execution goes awry when the electric chair blows the generator and Dillon is left with amnesia. Oh, and he's suddenly gained psychic powers that allow him to solve crimes. A shrink (Davidtz) is brought in to see if he's faking, while the warden just wants to try fying Dillon again.
