Sarah Weatley (Gold) hires some hoods to kidnap the adopted 10-year-old son of a wealthy, hot-tempered sheriff (Wagner). But there's more to this than meets the eye--both Sarah and the sheriff share a nasty secret and, after 10 years of keeping silent, what Sarah really wants is revenge.
