Malevolence Movie Review 1998

Billy Bob Jones (Cortese) was unjustly imprisoned as a boy and has now spent half his life in jail. Shortly after his release, he drifts into petty crime and is suddenly the prime suspect in the murder of a black politician. The only thing is, Billy Bob is being framed.
