Night Ride Home Movie Review 1999

Nora Mahler (DeMornay) loves running the family ranch with her teenaged children Clea (Birch) and Simon (Brower) and her somewhat indifferent husband, Neil (Carradine). Then Simon is killed in a riding accident and Nora falls apart. Neil thinks the family needs to make a fresh start but Nora's too shattered to make decisions until her mother, Maggie (Burstyn), comes to visit and help her daughter cope with the family's tragedy--and failing marriage.
