Ground Control Movie Review 1998

Jack Harris (Sutherland) is a former air traffic controller, who retired after a fatal plane crash. Years later, a old friend asks Jack to help out during a busy night at the Phoenix airport and Jack finds himself being forced to aid a plane with no radar, contact or control.
