Universal Soldier: The Return Movie Review 1999

The creators of superwarrior Van Damme have double-crossed him and he's out to get even in this sequel (although technically it's the fourth installment after two straight-to-cable releases). After Defense Department cutbacks short circuit the Universal Soldier program, the cyborgs start a rebellion led by an evil computer. Van Damme must battle the renegade warriors while attempting to not muss his hair. The Muscles from Brussels goes back to a proven winner after a series of boxoffice stinkers in hopes that he can kick-start his flagging career.
