Re-edited and redubbed English version of the Asian all-star film "Seung Lung Wui," a benefit for the Director's Guild of Hong Kong. Stealing the plot from Jean-Claude Van Damme of all people, Chan plays a dual role as twins separated at birth (as if there were any other kinds of twins in movie scripts) who grow up and cross paths. Chan's likable personality saves the trite, allegedly funny comedy jokelets from bouncing too hard, and the action is chop-sockety good. Cameos from Hong Kong big shots like Tsui Hark, Ringo Lam and John Woo.
