Ocularis: Eye Surrogates Movie Review 1997

Highlights several narratives around video surveillance including: a babysitter watching pornography, a racist elementary school bully and a church leader attempting rape. Does not dwell on the conventional privacy issue, but examines the desire to watch surveillance materials.
