MADOX-01: Metal Skin Panic Movie Review 1987

Things fall off trucks and sometimes the things that fall off trucks are really cool battle suits... well, at least in anime. Kojiro, a college sophomore, manages to come into possession of said battle suit. Without knowing how to operate it, he climbs inside and gets stuck. The thing is, his girlfriend is leaving the country and he wants to see her one last time. With the military standing firmly in his way, Kojiro sets off downtown, awkwardly piloting the battle suit. With mecha, some action, a dash of comedy and a hint of romance, this is a lightweight story that will be a lot of fun for some.
