Iczer 3, Vol. 2 Movie Review 1991

Enthusiastic, but inexperienced, Iczer 3 has allowed the precious power source Iczerio to fall into the clutches of Neos Gold. After learning the importance of friendship, Iczer 3 goes up against a new foe who could be her sister in "Yikes! There's Two of Me? Enter Altros-The Ultimate Rival." The introduction of Altros, another Iczer warrior, makes this a special episode. The interesting thing about Iczer 3 remains the fact that beneath all her powers, she's still a little girl with a lot to learn.
