The Substitute 3: Winner Takes All Movie Review 1999

Mercenary Karl Thomasson (Williams) visits Nicole, the daughter of a dead friend who's a teacher at an eastern college. After Nicole is badly beaten, Karl takes over as a substitute and has his fellow mercenaries investigate. They discover members of the football team are on steroids, thanks to an in with the son of the local crime boss, so Karl and his buddies decide to clean things up.
