Pothead slacker Anton (Sawa) finds that his very idle hand is possessed by a demon, making him do things he doesn't want to do, like get up off the couch and kill his friends Mick (Green) and Pnub (Henson). When Anton cuts off the offending appendage, it's free to terroroze his girlfriend Molly (Alba). With the help of a Druid priestess (Fox) and his now undead friends, Anton must stop the hand from taking Molly's soul to Hell. Even if the release hadn't coincided with the Littleton tragedy, this tasteless horror-comedy wouldn't be funny. Relentless overacting tries to cover up for a lame script filled with pot jokes and gory high school slasher conventions. Green and Henson are the only bright spots.
