You don't need psychic powers to know that things probably aren't going to end well for the tormenting teens in this slightly altered sequel. The heroine this time is Rachel (Bergl), a semi-Goth outcast who has a crush on good guy jock Jesse (London). She also has the ability to rattle and explode things when she's upset. Sue (Irving), the sole survivor from Carrie White's little tantrum years earlier, discovers that Rachel is related to the late telekinetic prom queen and tries to warn her. Too late. Jesse's bitchy girlfriend sets out to humiliate Rachel at a big party held at an all too flammable mansion. Lacks the character development and shock value of the first installment.
