Timelock Movie Review 1999

In the 23rd century, asteroid Alpha 4 serves as a maximum security prison for the most dangerous criminals. However, the inmates have now gained controlled and its up to the reluctant heroics of a petty thief and a shuttle pilot to get the bad guys back in their cages.
