Blacklight Movie Review 1998

Clairvoyant Sharon Avery (Welch) tried to help the police with a boy's abduction but it was too late and the child was found dead. In despair, Sharon gets into an auto accident and loses both her sight and, apparently, her gift. She later tries to drown herself, but suddenly sees images of another child kidnapping. Inspector Frank Shumann (Ironside) is reluctant to accept her help until a little girl is found murdered. Now Sharon is on a collison course with a child killer.
