Final Exam Movie Review 1998

Ghetto drama about racism. High school basketball star Javon Robinson (McCray) is counting on getting a scholarship to college to get away from the drugs and violence that surrounds him. But when he fails English, he takes his teacher hostage at gunpoint and blames his failure on racism.
