It's 1935, and Judith Dunbar is left behind in a British boarding school when her mother and sister travel to Singapore to join Judith's father. A school friendship with Loveday Carey-Lewis introduces Judith to the eccentric world of British aristocracy but the coming of WWII proves to be her coming of age. Based on the book by Rosamunde Pilcher. Made for German TV.
