The Lost Son Movie Review 1998

Former French narcotics cop Xavier Lombard (Auteuil) has relocated to London where he works as a P.I. An ex-colleague, Carlos (Hinds), asks Lombard to locate his wife Deborah's (Kinski) missing brother Leon, a photographer who has somehow gotten involved with a pedophile ring. Lombard eventually tracks the supposed leader of the ring to Mexico but finds his ultimate answer lies closer to home. A serious topic undone by a one-dimensional script.
