New Rose Hotel Movie Review 1998

Corporate raider Fox (Walken) and his assistant X (Dafoe) are hired to get scientific genius Hiroshi (Amano) into working for another company. Slinky Sandii (Argento) is the lure. She succeeds but double-crosses her employers who now expect to be killed for not fulfilling their contract. (Industrial espionage is apparently quite hazardous.) Frustrating as director Ferrara repeats scenes with minor variations, leaving viewers bewildered if nothing else. Based on a story by William Gibson.
