Mind Lies Movie Review 1998

Middle-aged detective Jack Stillman is investigating a series of stabbings, where the killer has left messages implicating Jack's estranged brother, Michael. So Jack decides he and Michael have to work together to find out who's setting Michael up. The problem is all the likely suspects keep turning up dead.
