Unlikely Angel Movie Review 1997

Brassy singer Ruby Diamond (Parton) dies suddenly in an accident but is having some trouble entering heaven. St. Peter (McDowall) thinks she's a likely prospect but Ruby needs a few more good deeds before she can get her wings. So she's sent to help a frazzled widower (Kerwin) who's the father of two lonely preteens.
