Thirteen-year-old Anna Frankenstein is impressed with her eccentric scientist uncle, Victor, but things get a little spooky when she meets his latest creation. Yes, Uncle Vic is still working on creating a man from stitched together parts of dead bodies and this time his creature has a human soul. DeCoteau used the pseudonym Julian Breen.
