The Landlady Movie Review 1998

Melanie Leroy (Shire) kills her hubby after discovering him cheating on her. When she becomes the landlady of an apartment house, she decides one of her tenants, nice-guy Patrick (Coleman), would be ideal husband material. And Melanie intends to get rid of any obstacles in her way.
