You know what the real problem with teenagers is? It's not the loud music or the messy room; it's that they can't finish off psycho-killers who show up annually on a major holiday to wield the axe they've been grinding for the rest of the year. Perky survivor Julie James (Hewitt) and new best friend Karla (Brandy) win a vacation in the Bahamas, and take boyfriends Tyrell (Phifer) and Will (Settle) along for some fun in the monsoon. Along with the hurricane, the kids must cope with fish stick guy/killer Ben Willis, who's still pretty cranky. The scares come at such a regular interval, and sometimes with such a lame premise, that the viewer becomes numb to them. The young cast, especially the wet t-shirt adorned Hewitt, help to keep it afloat, however.
