The Real Howard Spitz Movie Review 1998

Cranky has-been detective turned writer Spitz (Grammer) finds unlikely success with a children's book about a crime-solving cow, despite the fact that Howard hates kids. But even he can't resist 8-year-old Samantha's (Tessier) pleas to help her find her missing father. Amusing and Grammer even dresses in a cow costume.
