The Maker Movie Review 1998

Restless SoCal high-schooler Josh (Rhys Myers) indulges in petty crime with lesbian friend Bella (Balk) but isn't really in trouble until his long-missing older brother Walter (Modine) hits town. Walter soon pulls Josh into his shady schemes that turn into some very dangerous games.
