Soccer Dog: The Movie Movie Review 1998

Clay Newlin (Foley) discovers the small town he's just moved to doesn't seem very friendly. His joins the local soccer team but isn't having much luck and Clay's only friend is stray dog Lincoln, who likes to watch the games. Then, when the team is short a player and in danger of forfeiting, the coach drafts Lincoln and the team actually wins. If you've watch the "Air Bud" movies, you've seen this before.
