The Peacekeeper Movie Review 1998

Frank Cross (Lundgren) is one unlucky man. While guarding the president (Scheider), he manages to lose the briefcase containing nuclear launch codes to a terrorist group. Now, they're blackmailing the government and Cross needs to breach the terrorist's stronghold to save the day.
