What begins as a not-so-innocent prenuptial bachelor party in Vegas quickly disintegrates into a murderous blood bath. Kyle (Favreau), the groom-to-be, escapes the clutches of his control-freak fiance Laura (Diaz) with some pals, including unscrupulous yuppie Boyd (Slater). When the hired "entertainment" is killed in a freak accident involving a towel hook, Boyd comes up with the idea of burying her body in the desert and going on with the wedding. A pitch-dark comedy of errors ensues. Peter Berg's first stab at writing and directing has some funny moments, mostly the kind you realize afterwards you shouldn't find funny, but relies too heavily on gratuitous gore and shock value.
