Updated remake of Disney's 1961 family film about long-separated identical twins, Hallie and Annie (both played by Lohan), who meet accidentally at camp and decide to reunite their divorced parents. Quaid is Napa vineyard-owning dad while Richardson is London fashion designer mom. The twins switch places and foil gold digging publicist Meredith (Hendrix) in order to get their parents back together. Since it's both Disney and a remake, you can assume that it works. However, it's doubtful that parents that don't even tell their kid that they have a twin are going to be winning any PTA awards. "Let's Get Together," the song that the guitar strummin' Hayley Mills made popular with the original, makes a cameo in an elevator.
