Past Perfect Movie Review 1998

Gun battles, car chases, and fights move this actioner right along. Cop Dylan Cooper's (Roberts) job is made harder because his city is overrun with juvenile crime. But even he's shocked when the young criminals start turning up dead. Then Cooper discovers a group of futuristic bounty hunters have been sent back in time to eliminate these violent delinquents before they become adult killers.
