Operation Delta Force 3: Clear Target Movie Review 1998

When the Delta Force destroys a billion-dollar cocaine operation, the drug cartel is out for revenge. Drug lord Umberto Salvatore steals a submarine and programs its warheads to fire on New York City. Of course, Delta Force has to get to the sub first.
