The Con Movie Review 1998

Barbara (De Mornay) is willing to do anything to get the money to pay off her loanshark, including marry small town Mississippi mechanic Bobby Sommersdinger (Macy), who doesn't know he's about to inherit a lot of money. But Bobby isn't quite the dim-wit he first appears to be, even as he succumbs to Barbara's charms.
