Fourth installment of the kid-fantasy franchise finds brothers Rocky (Botuchis), Colt (O'Laskey), and Tum-Tum (Roeske) in the middle of a takeover at an amusement park. The ninja trained brothers, along with a computer-whiz neighbor (Earlywine) and retiring action hero Dave Dragon (Hogan) must save the day when Medusa (Anderson) and her henchmen ransom the park and its guests. Typically, the adults are incompetent when they're not busy being nasty. Pre-pubescent kids are the only ones likely to find this entertaining--if they're not too discriminating. The "action" is somewhere between cartoon and pro wrestling. Varney stands out as Medusa's lead henchman.
