My Brother's War Movie Review 1997

Brothers Gerry (Foy) and Liam (Xuereb) find themselves on opposite sides of the troubles in Ireland. Then, CIA operative Hall (Brolin) arrives to prevent Liam kidnapping three politicians who are trying to reach a peace accord. Some plot twists help out this standard actioner.
