A serial killer, whose victims are all blonde women, surfaces in "See No Evil," and Tessa decides to use herself as bait to help catch him. Tessa is an "Eyewitness" to the murder of an artist, who, Duncan learns, was killed by her Immortal ex-lover. And now he's after Tessa.
