Four Little Girls Movie Review 1997

Debuted at a theatrical premiere in order to be considered for Academy Awards before its airing on HBO. Lee's first documentary is a simply (and powerfully) told story of the 1963 Birmingham, Ala., church bombing that resulted in the death of four black children, which helped galvanize the civil rights movement in the South. Original score by Terence Blanchard.
