Fifteen-year-old Igor (Renier) helps his disreputable father Roger (Gourmet) run an illegal immigrant operation in the Beligan town of Liege. African immigrant Amidou (Ouedraogo) has just been joined by his wife Assita (Ouedraogo) and their baby. When Amidou dies in an accident, Roger forces Igor to help him bury the body secretly and tells the bewildered wife that her husband has left her. But Igor is caught in the middle--he'd promised the dying Amidou to look after Assita and he still has enough conscience to want to help--but it also puts Igor into a dangerous conflict with his father. French with subtitles.
