A horror-film obsessed scientist, Dr. Winston Berber, steals the original manuscript of Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein" and librarian Anna (Griffin) hires detective David Rawley (Lauer) to get it back. Then Berber returns to steal Bram Stoker's original "Dracula" and kidnaps Anna to use in his wacky experiment as well. He decides to reanimate his four favorite movie monsters but when David rescues Anna before the experiment is complete, Dracula (Fondacaro), the Mummy (Smith), the Wolfman (Simanton), and Frankenstein's Monster (Wellington) wind up only three feet tall. Not pleased by their diminutive size, the creeps work to restore themselves to the proper height (and cause a little mayhem as well).
