The Underground Movie Review 1997

A rap artist is gunned down by a gang and Sgt. Brian Donnegan (Fahey) and his partner Scully (Tigar) are on the investigation. But when Scully is killed by the same scum, Donnegan is partnered with a rookie (McFall) and the duo must infiltrate L.A.'s music scene to get their suspects.
