Star Trek the Next Generation, Vol. 123: I, Borg Movie Review 1992

When the Enterprise responds to a distress signal, they find a sole young Borg has survived a crash. Picard agress to let Dr. Crusher care for him and, cut off from the collective, "Hugh" becomes more of an individual and may be able to change the Borg collective itself.
