Touched by an Angel: A Christmas Miracle Movie Review 1996

Re-edited version of the episodes "Fear Not" and "The Feather." Monica heads for a small town's Christmas pageant where young Serena (Kelly), who's dying of a heart condition, longs to be the Christmas angel. Her best friend is the mildly retarded Joey (Wittenberg), who's cared for by his resentful older brother Wayne (Travers). When Serena dies on Christmas Eve, Monica reveals herself to be an angel during the pageant. Later, Monica's revelation brings to town con man Charles (Moses), Wayne and Joey's estranged brother, who's pulling a preacher scam on the congregation, and whom Wayne is determined to stop.
