Alien autopsies and Scully's unexplained disappearance are explored in "Nisei." A murder leads Scully to a group of women who were supposedly alien abductees--all of whom had a similar metal implant to Dana's in their necks. Mulder's interested in mysterious satellite photos that lead him to a group of Japanese scientists who performed medical experiments in WWII. He sneaks aboard a train that leads to the second episode, "731," the number of the mysterious Japanese medical corp. He discovers a quarantine car, a sinister doctor, and an assassin.
