I Know What You Did Last Summer Movie Review 1997

Four teens get involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident and think they've managed to keep it a secret. Good girl Julie (Hewitt), beauty queen Helen (Gellar), arrogant jock Barry (Philippe), and regular guy Ray (Prinze) make a pact to take the secret to their graves, which may be sooner than they thought. One year later, the quartet receive letters which give the movie its title and set them against each other. After a few youngsters are made into bait on rather large fishing hooks, they band together to stop the bloodthirsty killer. Hint: It's not Mrs. Paul. Another quality slasher throwback written by Kevin Williamson, the man who made you "Scream."
