Maths on the Street Movie Review 1995

Reveals that children as young as nine-years-old are able to calculate difficult sums in their heads quickly and accurately, even converting from old to new currency rates, yet these same children fail at math in the classroom. Expectations from teachers are critical and meaning has to be brought into the math classroom.
