Doctor Who: Paradise Towers Movie Review 1987

The Doctor and Mel arrive at Paradise Towers, a once-luxurious apartment building fallen into disrepair and inhabitated only by the elderly and the very young as well as the Caretakers (who manage the place) and the robotic Cleaners. Only the Cleaners have begun to turn against the humans and kill them.
