Kounterfeit Movie Review 1996

Hopscotch (Hawkes) finds three million in counterfeit cash and tries to get some real cash for the fake stuff with his topless-bar owner buddy Frankie (Payne) serving as muscle. But things go bad. Bernsen has little more than a cameo role as Hopscotch's brother.
